  • I'm in. Just started Oct. 31st. SW: 210 GW: 165 (will lower it once I reach there) UGW: 135 Don't flip when my weight jumps (cycle time), but it will go down after! Tough month.....3 house guests for 2 weeks, Thanksgiving & 2 birthdays...........I must like a challenge. Thanks for motivating me to exercise.
