I weighed 350 lbs when I started on March 3rd and I lost 25 lbs by April 1st. I'm pretty sure I've only lost 1-2 lbs this week and I'm ok with that. :-)

I too weight in every day but I don't "officially" record anything in my journal until Monday mornings. Weighing in every day has helped me stick with the program!
