Keep vegies in your meals and you will see your hunger come down. Also keep snacks in your day ex.cut up apples or cut up red peppers and so on. Try to keep warm meals instead of cold ex. a warm salad of cook vegies with some shredded cheese instead of dressing, but if you like dressing try Paul Newmans light honey…

I think that the other person was right, IT probable is water weight. Maybe you could try eating an apple a day. It helps with water retention. I'm sure you will get there. Good Night:smile:

Here's a tip, I have found ,if I have an apple aday, and keep vegie cut up in bags when I get hungry they are there. BUT IT'S THE VEGIE THAT HOLD ME! as long as I keep eating veg. I do not get hungry. Why not make a big pot of veg. soup. Put it in med. serving and have something warm. You will feel better about yourself…
