Heck, If you are going to eat the fried chicken.......PORTION CONTROL. Ummm....still working on changing to that line of thinking. If all else fails, I'd say increase work out to 5 to 6 days per week 45 minutes per session and increase workout intensity. Burn, baby, burn!!! ....but who wants to do all that!!!

For me being 5ft tall and 40, my goal is anywhere between 130 & 142 or about a 6 or 8 petite size. I don't want to be 100lbs or within 10 to 15 pounds of that. It never fails. I eat EVERYTHING during that time of the month. Sweets, chocolate, breads. I carb LOAD during that week. Cravings are unbearable!
