i am not particularly on a low carb, but i do watch them, i eat yogurt and fruit, made bread using flax seed, i eat pretty much what i want and until i feel full.. we will see how that works for me

i watch my carbs actually lowered them for my goals and raised the protein so if you would like add me.

just coffee usually, today i had a scrambled egg, 1/2 cup of hashbrowns, and toast with high fiber sugar free marmalade:bigsmile:

i buy bananas cut them up freeze and use a 1/2 of one for my daily smoothie

i wouldnt delete, most times not a big poster myself if i need help or am feeling overwhelmed i will ask and to everyone that responds thank you.

dont feel lonesome i did the same thing today fried some really big pork chops and then had two of them..then a nice big smoothie on top of that...geez...my numbers are off by alot today...lol oh well tomorrow is another day.so see you aren't alone.
