okay,here is my situation currently on 1200 calorie, carb 35% fat 30% protein 35%, went onto fitness frog site and used their calculators, i am 5'4", 54 years old, mild copd, and 157 lbs, would like to get to 125 or 130 and not so squishy, i do ride a bike appx 1 mile a day 2x a day (daughters house and back) 1st ride i…
