i bicycle and walk simply because i was totally inactive..have mild breathing problems. so i want to build myself up a little before i even attempt anything else.

i am 54 years old 157 lbs size 10-12 depending would like to get to 125 2 kids really saggy,disgusting belly, which is where 90% of my weight is. sigh.. medium build

good luck to you, i tried but could not finish it.couldnt get past the kale or spinach like them cooked but not as juice.fruit juices were good but i couldn.t live on that. that being said:best of luck to you.

i sleep with the fan on and i have one on my alarm that has chimes i fall asleep to that.

i am on 1200 , usually under my calorie goal , i am in the learning stages with exercise my stamina isnt what it could be yet, but i never used to exercise at all.i try to keep my protein up and everything within the numbers.

made them today, had to cook longer . 320 degrees at the 16 min mark they were still runny, i upped the temp to 350 for another 15 min. i also got about 12 muffins so they were lower than the 121. they are not bad. may replace some of the reg flour with soy flour next time.

my husband eats what ever i put in front of him..wants to lose weight, but usually has a couple of pb&j sandwiches , or bread and butter at night...honey buns when he stops at the store in the a.m. and then wonders why he doesn't lose weight...lol he cooks too, we buy most of our meats in bulk and portion them out so even…

have no problem with 1200 calories..never hungry..am usually under that..have plenty of energy. if my body says hungry ..then i eat.

i use splenda, more to track it then anything else, if i was out of that then i would use sugar and log it too.. i only go thru 4-5 packets a day..so i log it and dont worry about it.... as for cooking spray..i cant figure out how to do that 1/3 of a second spray..is that just waving the can over the pan?...lol

i have zumba cds ..have a hard time folowing some of the moves..top and bottom dont want to move at same time..lol but i do like the zumba...you look great

about once a week we have left over nite...i dont cook..everything gets used. i also make my husband a lunch of every dinner i make and freeze so he always has a variety.

i use berries banana and milk, usually 1/2 c berries 1/2 banana and half cup of 1% milk i do also add a couple of tbsp of yogurt because i like it...lol
