POTLUCKS....Tell me about it! I'm a nurse and I hate it when we all get fed like little pigs for being good. It is one of those professions that food is used as a reward and it constantly reinforces that twisted relationship with our diet.

Uggghh. I definitely have a list of what I call "red light foods" but it is difficult not having absolutely none of them in the house because it deprives my partner and then what the hell does he eat?! Ughh!
