  • The best advice I have for you is to go by measurements and not by the scale. I think you've hit the nail on the head when you say you are probably building muscle mass. Do your clothes fit better?
  • I typically drink water throughout the entire day but I find when I add a diet soda (or pop as we call it here in MN :P) to my daily intake my water intake goes down considerably.
