I totally agree about using the applesauce for a replacement for the oil. I have used it in a bunch of different things as an alternative and it works great;-) Other than that, it looks delicious;-)

I am 5'6" and my starting weight was around 155. I am now around 130 and want to drop a couple more pounds but feel good about where I am at. PS...I would say I am medium build :-)

My husband and I really like doing wraps....with flatout wraps, hummus, wholly guacamole, black beans, tomatoes, peppers, and some salsa....you can make them fairly quickly and they are delicious!! :-)

I have been kind of using mfp, but totally have not been taking advantage of the message boards. I do a lot of traveling with my husband with his job and it has been such a challenge eating well and exercising...any pointers??? I would love to run with people in encouragement on this health journey!
