i'm 5'2" and right now weighing in at 130 lbs. roughly 23% body fat when i last got dexa scan measured. i'd love to be about 19-20% body fat. i think that would be around low 120lbs

seriously? i could eat 1200 by breakfast if i wasn't careful :) i usually eat 1200 by about 1pm!! i usually eat 1600-2000 daily or more if I exercise more and I'm losing weight and only about 10 pounds off my goal weight. check out my diary and profile

WTF chicken and broccoli is a standard meal NOT a cheat meal... LOL my favourite cheat meal is fatty steak and creamy pepper sauce OR Ribs OR Pizza OR sushi - and not just sashimi either. I don't cheat very much anymore i just fit it all into my macros and if i go over a little, it doesn't bother me.

two eggs is fine. what baffles me is when people throw yolks away and then try to add in other fats - even if they are good ones like nuts, avocados - for goodness sakes just eat the yolks!! my diary is open so you can have a look - i have 2 eggs maybe 5 times a week and i'm fine. i eat very little other fat in my diet…

i am 159cm, 59.8kg and my bMR is about 1400. eating 1600 on non exercise days (which is pretty much this whole month). will be upping to about 1800-2000 on heavy weights and cardio days. i hate cardio though so i do HIIT or boxing or aerobics

i just looked through your diary and can't even figure out which day was the binge. if you mean binge as in eating 1200 that ain't a binge.

get back on. drink lots of water and get lots of sleep. i used to binge a lot when i tried to restrict myself to 1200-1400. then i found out that my BMR was 1400 - no wonder i couldn't bloody function and then went NUTS eating 6000 in one go. now i go for 1600-2200 and i never binge and it all evens out!!!

you definitely aren't eating enough. you need to find out your BMR - the number of calories your body would use if it wasn't doing anything, like in a coma and the hospital needed to work out how many calories to feed you through a tube! that's what you need as a minimum so your brain can function and your metabolism works…
