just hang in there,when i started same thing happened to me and i just hung in there and forgot about the scale for a while and when i weighed again,i had lost a lot that i even became scared i must have lost too much in a little time.be patient and see the weight loss/healthy living journey as part of your life now.

this explains a lot! i almost gave up when i started exercising cz i noticed after all my efforts for about 3weeks,i lost nothing instead i gained 4pounds and i stopped weiging and after like another 3 weeks or a bit more i weighed again and i had lost about 16lbs so i kinda got scared if i lost too much in a little time…

it just still confuses me how these things work,i am 5'8",according to the wrist finger measurement ,i should be either the small or medium frame yet at my highest weight 194-198 lbs i was wearing a size 12US for bottom and a size 10 or small size 12 for tops,i even fit into a medium size top for juniors and a lot of times…
