  • My thought to you is: what are the medical charts for your height and age?? 117 pounds is a fantastic weight. Why the additional weight loss? Is 98 pounds unrealistic?? Please talk with your doctor to seek medical advice before doing anything more. Your picture shows a beautiful young lady.

  • What I have learned is to prepack/precook my meals on the weekends. I do a program called Favao which has taught me how to eat 5-6 times a day without going hungry, including exercising. This is a LIFESTYLE CHANGE. I don't go hungry, I don't binge, I eat every 2 1/2 - 3 hours. My question for you: do you begin your day…
  • Good Morning: I work out in a gym 5-6 days a week. I have been told and read that machine weights do most of the work. By using free weights you are doing the work and reap more benefits. Each machine weight is setup differently. You need to talk to the gym and ask them about the weight measurements. Have a super day!
