I love this post! I mix in the whole foods, along with the not so whole foods....like pizza, candy, cookies, ice cream and such! Like everyone else in this thread, as long as it fits my calories, I'm good and have a very, very HAPPY tummy, lol!

Usually lift between 3-4 days a week. Right now, I'm packing the house for a move and not getting in much activity other than packing and lifting boxes. But once am done with my move, will get back into lifting and cardio. Add me if you like. I'd love to have more friends that lifts!

I log in daily and have an open diary. I do not eat clean and not always healthy. I also do not stay away from certain foods. I try to eat what I've always eaten but in moderation (at times). Add me if you like.

5'2" SW: 184ish CW: 145ish GW: was 130. Well, I was aiming for 125 which would give me a 5 lb leeway to keep me under for my age and height. Now, 140 and reassess. I'm a tad bit or so older, shorter and a little smaller than you. But...I am lifting three times a week. I run when I actually need to get a burn in to stay under my calorie goal. You can add me if you like. :)

Great loss!!! You are doing great! I like to paper-craft - cards, scrapbook pages and banners. I just got into beading this year. I've made bracelets and necklaces. And started making rosaries as well. I need to play around with wire wrapping.
