I'd say my goal right now is to look better, but never weigh more than 115 pounds since that's a number I don't really feel like I could handle seeing on the scale.

I know...but I can't help but worry! I hate my mind. Why does it do this to me? :P My TDEE is 2100, but I ate a little bit over my TDEE yesterday as well since I had a party with friends. I think I gained about 3/4 pound at the most which isn't too bad, I know it'll even out later naturally. Thank you for the reply!

I eat before bed!! :D In fact, before bed is my favorite time to eat! I'll eat anything at bedtime...leftovers from dinner, cheese, even a small sandwich if I crave it! I can't go to bed on an empty or hungry stomach either- it just doesn't work for me lol. Glad to know I'm not the only one who does this on MFP! ;)

Fruit ninja. I know it sounds ridiculous, but if I can distract myself (whether it be with a game, person, or even pain of some sort) I tend to lose all urges to binge almost immediately. Rather than drink diet, why not try drinking sparkling flavored water? :D There's this one company where I live called "AquaSplash" and they have such yummy flavors (strawberry, lemon, orange mandarin, peach...) that are all about 4 calories per 330ml! Oh how I love it! <3
