I went to weigh in this morning, and couldnt find my scale. I think my husband moved it. I will have to find it before next week.

So since its been dark when I get home from work. I havent really wanted to walk much. So I started doing my weighed hoop again. I did it last night for 30 mins. I figure if i can do it every night i cant get out and walk, this weight should start falling off.

I fell off the wagon for a bit. I started off November 1 at 230.2 I plan on weighing in Fridays. I am aiming to loose 2 LBS a week. I am tracking my food and doing some kind of work out at least 5 days a week. Less Pop, less eating out, managing my stress.

Sorry, that I havent put anything in here the last couple weeks. I plateaued. Not happy about it. I did amazing on my walk on Saturday. I did 4 miles in 54.50. I seen some pictures that were taken of me and I am now focusing on certain areas of my body. I will finish this month out strong!

Hello ladies. So I got my puppy over the weekend. It will take her some time before she can go on a decent walk. I didnt weigh in Friday or this morning, so I am starting at my last weigh in at 221.8. I lost focus the last week of march. So, I did not hit my 10 LB goal but I will hit it this month. New month new goals. Starting weight 221.8

Its been a hard week for workouts. It has been crazy busy. Though, I think today and for a week and a half it will be a lot easier.
