Hello ladies. So I got my puppy over the weekend. It will take her some time before she can go on a decent walk. I didnt weigh in Friday or this morning, so I am starting at my last weigh in at 221.8. I lost focus the last week of march. So, I did not hit my 10 LB goal but I will hit it this month. New month new goals. Starting weight 221.8

Last night I went on a walk with my husband. I didnt get to go as fast as I normally go, he has severe back problems, so he doesnt walk well. We both needed it. I am going to try and walk on lunch today, its suppose to storm tonight.

These last couple weeks I have been exhausted mentally and physically. I have been on the go so much, I have not made time for walks. I know I will not hit my goal for this month. But if I hit half way I will be happy.

Today was a really bad food day. But on a plus note. My daughter performed her solo at solo and ensemble today, she qualified for states!!! At 14 years old only playing the bassoon for a year and half. Proudest mom moment this year so far.

I was able to get back on the treadmill yesterday for 30 minutes. I set a time for how long I want to walk for, and just think when I want to give up you want to hit your mini goal by April. If I dont think like that on the treadmill I will want to quit. My goal Is to do 30 minutes everyday this week.

So this weigh in didnt go well. But with this horrible cough and the steroids, its been rough. 1/01: 236.6 1/05: 228.1 1/12: 225.4 1/19: 223.4 1/26 225.4 I will hopefully be able to get back on track and loose these 2 pounds again.
