Not sure if anyone mentioned, but cook it on a BBQ on a cedar plank, you can get them at pretty much any grocery store and wow delish! It's a one time use so its only a couple bucks in the fish department

Porridge and oatmeal are the same thing to me here in Canada... I used to pile on the brown sugar mmmmmm but I now have flax and chia seeds and I sprinkle cinnamon mmmm

Hello back and welcome! For me, I feel like I need to eat every 2-3 hours so I spread them out. But for my 3 meals is probably where I eat a larger portion of calories... I dunno, hope that helps ;)
