I've been sick and totally unmotivated this week. Great way to start June, so I'm only 10k steps in this week. I'm better today, so I guess I need to get to it to catch up this week xD four days left and I need 60k heh

Plus 3 this week. But to be honest I didn't try. Not once. I ate what I wanted all week. This week I'm going to do it right.

I made these awesome pork burgers for dinner last night with fried eggs on top. Super yummy and only 2 carbs a serving. ;)

Oooh, I never thought of using cheese as the bread instead of a lettuce wrap xD You're absolutely right about the lettuce wrap being so messy.

Everybody probably already saw this on my. Red feed today xD :: but I was able to pull my riding boots all the way up today, when in the past I couldn't get them up farther than half way. I think that they should have a three strikes type thing and then send them a pm like Karee suggested. It would help discern between the lurkers and the shy but want to participates. :) I love this group. It's one of the biggest things that helps keep me going.

I'm doing it for me mostly, but I'm also doing it to be a better role model for my kids. Also because I'd like to be able to do more things that my health and weight sometimes prevents.

Day 8 was rest and some family stuffed happened so I ended up extending my rest day to two. So today is day 9 for me. Did 100 squats.

I did it all. Yay. I ran out of the supplies for my car though, half way through and am going to have to get more xD I ended up with near 18k steps yesterday, because my kiddos had a school carnival and they were all over the place.
