Hi! I ride a Suzuki S40 (650cc cruiser). It's a 2007 which I bought at the beginning of 2008 when I got my license. Short Canadian summers combined with a lot of out-of-town work has limited how many kms I put on the bike every year. Hopefully this year will be better!

When I worked night shift I always flipped everything right around. It meant having Breakfast (cereal) at 4pm when I woke up and having a steak and potato (for example) at 7am. Anything with caffeine will tend to dehydrate you, including tea. I'm like you, I tend to drink tea through the day. Even just switching my afternoon tea to a herbal or decaf has helped with my hydration. Also, drinking more water has lessened how much tea I drink, which in turn has decreased my dependancy on caffeine. If…
