It feels great. I just spent 45 minutes walking and running on a treadmill to gain an extra 600 calories according to the machine. It feels great. Plus, I just reached an all time new low on the scale!

when you sign up for the site they ask you what kind of work you do (light, medium, heavy labor) so I think it might already be factored in. Sorry.
-
no luck there. Just determination. You rock!
-
ok

butterless popcorn and diet pop will solve all your problems! Well, I tried anyway.

it's OK to slide back for a day but just make sure it doesn't happen 2-3 days in a row. Do things like working out that will get your mind off food. You can do it because Jimi says you can!

Hang on. You're going to make it through this.
-
hang on, when you get through this you'll feel like you can do anything!

yikes, the sunflowers are attacking--taking over the world. Scary.

Weighing everyday and then looking at the graph! Try it!
-
me too, especially the graph under report! I love vietnamese food!
-
sounds good. You'll love the graph under reports. That is a real motivator!
-
simply make sure you stay under your allotted calories for the day and you'll be good, that is, you'll lose weight. I don't look at anything other than calories.
-
ok, that one got a laugh

I say drink way more than you should so that you're throwing up everywhere the next morning. You should lose a lot of weight that way. Just kidding. I couldn't resist. I'm not a drinker but when I switched to diet soft drinks I saved on the calories big time since they don't have any. Let's face it. When diet coke and diet…

huge piece of Salmon (350 calories?), a bunch of lettuce with 120 calories worth of dressing (yikes) and a half a box of a rasberry danish (880 calories) and I still have 700 calories (thanks to burning 250 at the YMCA and eating little throughout the day) left for the night. Yes! Oh and a diet coke (0 calories). Yes, I'm…

tough one. It's hard to enjoy a moment when you're worried about food that's why you save up calories for it so that on that day you can eat whatever you want. Or skip the cake and get smaller cupcakes with candles.

It would be awesome if you get a picture so we don't feel like we're talking to a robot. Welcome aboard though. The best feature is the graph. It is awesome to see your spiral downward in weight!

The report function of this site is the key to any success I've had. I weigh in every single day and watch the graph line move downward. It's awesome. I think those that only weigh in once a week are missing out. For instance, I totally screwed up yesterday thanks to a huge breakfast at McDonald's and gave up for the rest…

wow, I need to get going.

nice!

everything is relative--we can't all be Halle Berry, but trust me--you look good.

I started walking in the freezing winter an dlost a lot of weight (about 25) two years ago. It's peaceful out there in God's country. Just another option and it's free! Plus, once you get out there it's not like you can stop the work out--at that point you're just trying to make it home. Dress warm!

Last time I used mycaloriecounter.com to go from 234 lbs. to 209. I felt great! But now two years later I'm back above 230. I am certain that this time it will work--I'll make a lifestyle change and make it under 200 and stay there all because of this site! mycaloriecounter.com limited me. This site has so many cool…
