Whatever you do- Don't give her cow's milk. COW's MILK IS ONLY FOR BABY COWS.

Yes! Did you take him to get his hair did?
-
Why is there no option to purr?
-
Lol. I take it you feed the one in your default a more substantial diet.

Leave my kitty out of this.

One word. Euthanasia.

It absolutely is not necessary for many people but its a good benchmark for people lifting or engaging in serious regular exercise. Your intake is probably sufficient. And, its harder as a vegetarian, but by no means impossible! Quinoa and edamame are great complete proteins worth adding to your diet. Dairy will help too,…

It took 6 months for the effects of my deficiency to manifest. Obviously I had no noticeable 'complications'. As for you telling me anything about anything, I don't recall any interactions with you to date save today but i will say I don't give much weight to what you have to say so maybe I just overlooked whatever comment…

Protein intake is NOT overrated. At 40 to 50 gram intake a day and exercising heavily, I ended up with a protein deficiency that wrecked my fingernails (didn't know any better and hadn't found mfp yet). It's essential to get enough for the health of your skin hair and nails, among other things. This is not to say you need…

As far as double dosing on protein supplement, it's not gonna hurt you. but best to get what you can from whole foods. Chicken and tuna are great low cal protein sources. I keep both in surplus canned for easy salads. Cottage cheese has a nice macro split and milk is an easy protein source if you have the calories for it.
-
I would love to see your sources. Outside of newbie lifter gains, I've not read anything conclusive.

I think it largely depends on your build. I'm a size 11. I certainly am not fat. But I'm built VERY broadly.
-
No, it's not true. You're not going to build significant muscle unless you are eating at a surplus. Even then, in absence of testosterone and opr steroids, women just don't gain muscle mass quickly or easily. a half a pound of muscle per month would be great gain for a chick. Again, let me emphasize- IF she is eating at a…

1 gram per LBM is a good guideline. MFP's protein and fat defaults are low (IMO) especially if you are lifting or doing serious cardio. I gave myself a protein deficiency and really damaged my nails eating about 40-50 grams a day and seriously exercising a couple hours a day. An "excess" of protein also is not particularly…

Sleep is a super important component of your recovery. This may be more information than you want to read but .... http://www.cepebr.org/upload/arquivo/%7B86631E1F-E984-4FFA-9666-D530DC8DDDD1%7D_2011%20Dattilo%20Med%20Hypotheses.pdf the tl;dr version is.... a sleep debit can result in increased body mass. lack of sleep…

Push ups, pull ups if you can do them, obviously plus all the other things already said.
-
What? I wont balloon to 200 lbs if I lift heavy and eat at a surplus? :noway: some bunnies been lying to me.
-
SQUAT. SQUAT. ADD MOAR WEIGHT. SQUAT. Seriously. Deadlifts are also fantastical for your hammies. See my picture for proof.
-
nope. But i'd lick his spoon.
-
I'm sure she did, too, if and when she lifted not for a photo shoot. :)
-
What about semantics?
-
Definitely a huge difference! Keep it up! it's not always easy but the rewards are always great!
-
Point is she hasn't seen the dozens of posts that say the same exact thing that have gotten locked and had subsequent strike assigning.
-
Probably not but your BP will probably be too low for a hard on today. LOL.
-
Girl, you look great!!! And ps, I  your chest piece.
-
And doesn't it always get shut down?
-
One that kills. maybe you can train it to do your evil bidding. Sounds like a win to me!
-
Pfffftt. I like my forearms. And they're not "big"- but they sure have some nice definition.
-
I'm working on the 6 pack thing, not there yet. I always always always take stomach pictures fasted (i.e. morning or an IF day). If I don't, it looks huge. But now imma try the carb heavy dehydrated idea.

Poor SS.
