I do it for the cardio.

I've done it at least three times a week for the last three weeks or so. If you're still trying to lose weight, just donig Crossfit won't get you there. You need to eat less if your goal is to lose some inches. You won't really lift that heavy that often in Crossfit because the workouts are so intense and they're full…

Sign me up. I already lift 3 days per week but I struggle with cardio. I hate it. Maybe with some motivational folks around I'll do it more consistently.

Hand washing. After squats, obviously.

It's delicious. It tastes like summer squash just not as strongly.

You should stop them. If you can't be grown and talk to them about it you think they'll take you serious if you run off and tell the boss?

My FT4 pisses me off daily. For steady state cardio, which I loathe, it works just fine. I spent 30 minutes on a rower the other day and it worked wonderfully. If I get on an elliptical or go for a jog, it's great. When I use it when I lift or go to crossfit however, the watch loses it's connection to the transmitter.…

I only read through a few posts because your replies are ridiculous. I have a hard time believing you eat what you think you eat and/or you're as active as you think you are. At your size with that activity level you should be losing weight at 2000 calories so if you're not losing weight, something in your equation is…

I can eat 5000 calories in one sitting.

128oz is far from too much, you're probably safe.

Are boys allowed? If so I'm down. My motivation level is sinking a little, having to tell someone else what I put in my mouth may stop me from shoveling another BBQ pork sandwich in it.

I second this. PM me if you're looking for a copy. Although I'm not sure it's a great idea given a surgically repaired spine. You may want to ask the neurosurgeon that did it how they feel about you lifting weights first. I would imagine if you start at a very light weight it wouldn't hurt but I'm not exactly a doctor.

I'm kind of new here but this seems fun. I'll give it the ol' college try. SW: 214 CW: 197.6 GW: 190 Weigh in Dates: 3/1 - 197.6 3/8 3/15 3/22 3/28 End of Month (or whatever weigh in days you use) Exercise Goal for the month - A work friend of mine finally talked me into going to her crossfit class last week. I enjoyed it…

Here: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=147447933 There's been hundreds of people on that site that have used that program to great success. That routine and a calorie deficit diet will do wonders.

You ma'am, are awesome.

I look for power racks because most of my work is done in one. Ideally a gym that isn't too busy so the big dudes don't look at me crazy when I'm in one for 40 minutes while they wait on one. Finding a good personal trainer is hard. Most of my female friends that have trainers end up doing some girly workout in the…

If the doctor or the facility isn't a high risk facility, they can't take her. The policy may not say, "We won't deliver your child if you weigh over 350 pounds" but if she's the average height for an american female that would put her BMI at 60. The hospital's policy may state that they need to send patients to a…

@newlife Judging from the ingredients I'd say it's for all of it. Sounds pretty tasty!

I'm a hooker. But I've been hookin' for years so I learned to make my money there.

He's a very successful heart surgeon that's been published in a a boatload of medical journals. He's supposedly one of the leading heart surgeons in the country, you would think he makes plenty of money and wouldn't need to sell out for the almighty dollar. That being said I don't think there's anything wrong with a fad…
