just a follow-up. I'm addicted to CrossFit now. I love it but still get super anxious right before that clock starts ticking. I try to get to the box at least 4x/week, and if its a light WOD day, try to get in an endurance workout too. So excited to see the results come December.

Just finished the onramp program last week, and this week starts the first "real" classes I'm allowed to attend. I'm a bit nervous but hopefully the end result will make it all worthwhile!

Hi! I'm in the same boat....been on MFP for a month (my 5 week goal is up this Saturday) but just now getting into the community aspect. I'm in the Midwest and just on the tail end of the snow storm that came through. Makes it hard to stay motivated when you have to work out indoors all the time. However, it is so true…
