Weight loss plateau...BUSTED! 1.7 pounds lost this week I'm at a total of 17 pounds lost only 3 away from my end of the month goal!

I didn't ever set a specific weigh-in day but just. My weigh in day is tomorrow. So I guess whatever day is best for you just once a week. If someone else has a better idea, I'm all ears!

Don't leave them in the containers/bags they come home from the store in. Put them in a good quality plastic baggie or tupperware with a paper towel to soak up excess moisture. Be sure to switch out the paper towel every couple of days.

I took sugar off, so I don't have to look at it but I am very aware of processed sugar I eat. Most of the sugar I do eat comes from fruit and a couple of teaspoons of agave nectar in my tea. I think that if the sugar comes from a natural source then it's okay.

Tough it out and stretch it out. A quick 10 minute stretch after a workout really helps. Also you might try a protein shake. You can get small personal shakers at most grocery or health food stores. I know exactly what you mean. a couple of months ago I lost in one arm and the opposite thigh. Crazy huh?! I'm not seeing much change in my thighs, hips, but, waist, stomach area. Although I can tell I'm getting stronger...it's just hidden under a layer, or two, or three of fat!

Tomorrow I'm doing Turbo Fire Core 20 and Stretch 40. I think it's one of my favorites. Especially the last few minutes of Stretch 40...laying down, really letting myself unwind...it's the best!

Me too. Usually if I'm craving that bad then I've probably waited too long to eat and my blood sugar is low. I try to keep my eye on the prize!

Make some air popped popcorn with a few sprays of spray butter and sprinkle with some garlic powder and a grated Parmesan cheese. Cut up your favorite fruit and/or veggies, put them into a baggie, and then put all of your goodies into a big purse and enjoy!

I can do air jacks...barely. A lot of the jumping moves my feet are off the ground, not as high as the ones on the DVD but they are off the ground. The hardest move for me is the burpe. I can do only about half of what they do and my HR just gets way too high and I can't breathe and feel light headed. However I'm doing…

I usually can't afford or have access to super healthy food. However, sometimes my coworkers will comment on how healthy my food looks. Especially the one that had gastric bypass, and still eats crap!

First of all, good you for acknowledging and admitting you're having a problem. Second, I think that because this has been going on for 18 years you really might need the help of an outpatient program that can help you begin healthy eating habits and address the deep rooted issues you're having. I'm in the USA, Southern Texas. Oh and we have a renovation project gone horrible and I don't have a kitchen to speak of. For cooking I've got a grill, double hot plate, microwave, toaster, crock pot, and a blender.
