Thank you! I understand thyroid issues. I was hyperthyroid a few years ago and it was incredibly debilitating! Do the basics - get enough sleep, proper nutrition (eat real food), and exercise. It seems that these things always help in the healing of our bodies. Best of luck to you! You can do this!

Have you tried taking fish oil? You could also use coconut or almond oil to moisturized your skin. I have had good look with this!
