This is my first week back on weight watchers and so far i feel really good. I read some of the replies that say that ww gives you too many points to eat. I strongly disagree with that and just wanted to point out that you need to measure how much you really are eating. I was put on 26 ww points per day. Here is an example…

No, you're not the only one. I have never owned a TV, neither did my parents when I was growing up, so I never watch it. Except sometimes in the gym while I'm on treadmill.
