I was always thin as a child. then I got pregnant with my son and it went down hill from there. I had always been able to eat what I wanted and when. Ive always been fairly active. But after my son anything I put in my mouth seemed to add on 10lbs.

5'8 123lbs......and I thought I was fat!!! several years down the road I still weighed 119 then I got pregnant with my son and gained............80lbs!!! yeppers 80lbs! like I ate a child! still working on the "baby" weight :-(

Don't deny yourself something sweet if that's what you binge on. Have some chocolate or a bowl of icecream. A small amount isn't going to hurt. Add it in your log and as long as your hitting your calories you still good. I find if I deny myself for it, I do for alil then go crazy and eat all the sweets in site. Which is a…

I work in the ER doing 3 12's a week. I definately have put on some weight. about 20 pounds to be exact since I started. Before I worked with a cardiology group. That's where I put on most of my weight. We would get drug reps bringing in breakfast,lunches and our favorite smoothies(not the healthy ones). It's embarrassing…
