It's good to have a cheat day every once in a while, it actually helps sometimes. A good cheat day will kick your metabolism back into overdrive again. Just don't take advantage of your cheat meals. Good luck with all your goals.

That's great some of it maybe water excess water you are losing. If you are doing any kind of workout/fitness program I would not worry at all about going over in your proteins. Proteins are the best thing to help you build lean muscle. Once again great job

The benefits of green tea outweigh, in my opinion any calories that they contain. They do in a small amount help you with weight loss, but also have countless other benefits. I would not substitute green tea for water but I would add it to your lifestyle daily.

I agree it is very hard to stay motivated to exercise, but it usually passes and I hate to say this but becomes enjoyable and becomes part of who you are. It is tough starting out but a little sacrifice will go a very long way. I wish you the best of luck.

Fruit does contain forms of sugar, it is however better that a hot fudge sundae. Don't be afraid to eat fruits just don't count on them for every snack. Mix things up a little bit instead of fruit enjoy some mixed nuts, which most are very good for you. Hope this helps a little

I would suggest getting a strength band with weighted handles, very good for a home workout.

The P90X dvd series is a pretty tough workout/aerobics that I think you will enjoy.

If you are active in a cardio or workout program then I would not recommend that you weigh yourself but once every two weeks. I think it is more important to keep measurements of your body ex. arms, waist, hips, etc. and go by that. You could actually be doing good, but not see it right away on the scales it too many…

Don't starve yourself cause in the long run it doesn't help, but yes try to stay under it in certain aspects like your fat intake and carbs. Use it to eat your set amount of meals per day, healthy meals and you should have no problem.

1200 Cals. a day is not really high, the most important thing is you know what is healthy to eat so try to eat healthy meals throughout the day and see how it records everything and try to stay below your daily allowance.

The best thing that you can do I believe is to take your body measurements and start to go by that. Just because you don't see any change on a scale doesn't mean that you are not doing any good. Keep doing what you are doing and mix things up a little bit everything will come in time.
