Especially brown rice--mix with any kind of vegetables. Add any kind of sauce like a tbsp salad dressing/marinade, etc. Add protein of your choice. My choice is usually salmon. Perfect dinner, etc. Use where you would use pasta, quinoa, beans, etc. Have fun experimenting.
