  • Wow, I have never posted before but I am reading over and over the same issue I have with drinking wine. My diet is clean, I do cardio 5 days a week, lift weights 3 but drink wine every night. I will have 3 to 4 glasses and the empty calories add up. Glad to know I am not alone. Wish I could figure out how to not drink…
