  • If you KB there is a swing app for iPhone and Touch that is awesome. It can be changed up to whatever interval you want. I don't just limit it to swings. I really like it and for every 1 min of KB you burn 20 cal per min. I do my cardio on cardio day and KB on alternate days along with cardio.
  • Permission to come aboard? I currently do 60 min of cardio 5 x's a week. I have hit a spot so I kicked in Kettlebell for 20 min 3 x's a week. I have kettlebelled for a couple of years and really enjoy it. Can feel the HR increase while kettlebelling. Any other kettlebell men?
  • 45 seems high for veggie when pepporoni pizza topping goes for 27. As far as crust goes I don't even eat that and don't miss it.
  • Barelmy and NightOwl1 thanks for replying so quickly. I was liking my break down more because it seemed right to me. Plus I don't feel as guilty. I know that when you start dropping meat in it goes up 6 to 22 cal depending on the meat. I like my veggie pizza and again thanks.
  • Great ideas! I like green tea so will try that and as far as healthy well not reaaly more like a rat in the potatoe chip bag at 2 am. This is why I have stalled out I know it. Again thanks and all the input the better.
