  • In stage one my shoulder hurt when I went up in weights for the shoulder press. I dropped the weights back down and while it was still twingy it didn't hurt. Its fine again now because I didn't have to use it during stage 2. is it only for certain exercises that it hurts? Can you modify them in some way?
