  • I have officially used all 3 passes. Today when I got half an hour to myself i was so exhausted that i chose to lie down instead of going for a walk. Not a good choice since my toddler followed me and jumped on me. Walking would have been more relaxing!
  • Mfp keeps crashing on me so I haven't checked in for a few days. I'm still at 2 pass days used.
  • I haven't signed in for a couple of days. I have exercised every day but went over my calories once. So I have now used 2 pass days.
  • Another day done. I got my walk in and stayed within my calories. 1 pass day used

  • My sleep is terrible lately but it's nothing to do with covid. Having a newborn means waking regularly for feeds. Although the last few nights we have gotten 5 hour stretches so hopefully that will continue. Today I did my usual 40 minute walk but also added in 15 mins post natal pilates and 10 mins on the stationary bike.…

  • Thanks to this challenge I was motivated to go for a 25 minute walk after my hospital appointment to make sure I tot my exercise in. I also brought food with me to avoid picking up something unhealthy (and to avoid going near people) so I managed to stay within my calories. Yes to all 3. 0 pass days used 😁
  • I just about kept within my calories today. I had gone over by 12 calories so I spent 10 minutes walking up and down the house so that my fitbit calorie adjustment would get me back on track 🤣 I also got in a 40 minute walk and tracked everything. I'm hoping to start back running next week, just waiting for the sports bra…

  • Today was hard. I was up all night with the baby and my partner went back to work today so it was my first day alone with baby and toddler. And then my Fitbit broke so I cant work towards my step goal until i get it fixed. But I managed to get in a 40 minute walk (a very slow one as I had 2 kids with me) and I tracked…

  • Hi everyone. I'm new here. I just rejoined MFP after being absent for about 5 years. I maintained my weight loss well through my first pregnancy but I craved terrible food for my second pregnancy and now I've about 28 lbs to lose. Baby is only 5 weeks old and I spend most of my time sitting under him feeding so finding 20…
  • I'm in. I haven't been active on MFP for a couple of years because i was busy having babies. I managed to get through the first pregnancy with minimal weight gain but I'm 5 weeks post partum now and I weight 187lbs. I want to get down to at least 160. Exercising is difficult as the baby feeds 24/7 so I cant leave him but…
  • I feel your pain Julie, this last week I have been really strict about what I ate, came in under my calories and did lots of exercise. This morning I weighed in at .2 of a pound more than last week!! I know it is not much but I was really looking forward to a loss this week. My body just refuses to drop lower than it is…
  • Damn I wish I hadn't checked in here, I was just looking forward to checking out the book to see what stage 2 of strong was like. I hate volume work!!! Loving Strong so far though. it is nice to go back to lighter weights and shorter workouts because the last stage of supercharged was taking me ages!! I don't have time to…
  • Thanks guys, I didn't think it could possibly be related in any way to lifting but thought I'd ask here before telling him he's crazy. I'm so glad to be finished supercharged. I loved it but it took forever, especially because at Christmas I was 3 workouts from the end but I took 2 weeks off so decided to repeat the last…
  • I love this!! Sue, you can do it. We all fall off the wagon now and then. The important thing is that you are aware of it and want to get back on it! Beeps, i hope you feel better soon. Illness sucks! Stephie, what is this fathead pizza you speak of? Sounds interesting! I finally finished Supercharged today!! I should be…

My back has been hurting so I stopped lifting the week before christmas. I was planning on going back to it tomorrow but my back is a little achy today…
