@alligatorob I have had lots os issues with MFP. In my case, it is only when I am using my Safari browser. Not seeing issues with either FireFox (where I support Hubby's tracking and leave him logged in there) and Chrome (Writing you from Chrome at the moment). Iphone has not had much issues either, or at least I have not noticed issues there.1 -

Stressful day, will continue the challenge even if I go over the 3 pass days (but will try not to!)

@Porkus5 - I ran in Brooks for years but switched to Hokas 2 years ago and never regretted it. I love mine!
Here's my thoughts about this challenge - It's tough - and I knew that when I joined. Only 3 days/month of not going over calories? I've never managed that in my life - even my skinny days. But that's part of the problem - binge eating, starving, binge eating, starving, eventually that cycle just became lots of binge eating. I need consistent food habits that become just that - a habit. So I know that if/when I hit my 3 pass days, I'll just set a monthly goal for myself so that I don't say "well, I've blown it, I can now eat whatever I want." So thanks for the encouragement - thanks for this challenge. I plan to be here on December 31, 2021, healthier, thinner, prouder.

Today I feel great!, given the little surgery (much better than all the pain last week) and if I was able to do my workout with a pulsating tooth, then why not try again today? Low impact, but all went well. Admittedly, it was upper body 🏋♀️, but tomorrow my arms/shoulders might ache more than my mouth and cheek 🤭.
Day not over yet, but caloric balance very good so far and we plan to go for a walk later on. If I wont edit or correct, then all went well 🙌.5 -
Yes x 2 for Monday
Had two dog walks, and tracked honestly, along with all the extra chocolate I ate. Way over in calories. Pass day #1!4 -
I just about kept within my calories. I was 3 under for the day 😊
I also nearly didn't exercise but I went out in the wind and rain for a 30 minute walk.

@biketheworld You are inspiring. Thanks for sharing your binge cycle. While we promote the UAC as a monthly challenge, the truth is that this is a lifestyle habit-changing accountability team. We are glad you are on the journey with us.

YES x 3
I had an NSV today--I didn't pig out while watching the Ohio vs. Alabama game! And I didn't celebrate their win with food. I admit that I did go to Taco Bell after I watched the game at my daughter's house, but it was closed and I went home. And I forgot to log in UAC.
