Too many people drop out of the UAC because they have too many Pass days.
Yesterday, @IamIamsmakeover posted that although she was over the 3 Pass days that she would continue to post. She wants to stay accountable!!!
She is not letting anyone (including herself) stop her.
Keep focused on your goals. Don't give up on yourself!!

Myself, trying to stop the cycle of bad eating that was creeping in over the weekend. Two days are now pre-tracked, groceries purchased, cooler packed for the day babysitting. Today SHOULD be on track.10 -

Good day despite a limited Jiu Jitsu class thanks to my asthma.
Morning yoga, abs and rehab then I did my annual insurance fitness assessment. The rehab guy I do it with was pleasantly surprised at my improvement in the few months since I last saw him. Not just weight but increased strength and flexibility. Last year I really struggled with the assessment, this year I was way above requirements on most categories. Kids class was fun and adult class was good even though I was fighting for breath rather than actually fighting.
Good food choices and under budget. It helps so much to plan.8 -

Double BRAVO to @lamlamsmakeover and @SModa61 for persisting even when things are not perfect. Too many times in my life I have just thrown the baby out with the bathwater because I "ruined" the day or week or month or.... it's one of the things I like most about this challenge is that even if you have more than 3 pass days if you continue to SHOW up, you are still winning.
Congrats @Dory_42 on your health improvements. No small task to improve weight strength AND flexibility in a few months time!!8 -

I had a unscheduled prosedure done today. I was sore. Didnt do my consistant 20 min. Exersize. So I figure it should be a pass day. Even tho I did get steps in.

Here is a small glimpse of my day. The resort we're staying at has a game room, and in that game room there's a piano that people can play (and wipe down when finished, just like the games). We pass the game room twice a day (to and from the gym). While passing this game room he said "No one is in there but an employee at the moment. This won't take but a minute. I can't help myself...I have to go play that piano. Then we will go workout." It's those little things that make life worth while. 😊 A small detour should never stop you from your destination/or goals. You may get off track from time to time, but get back at it! Whether it's the next meal, or the next day keep going! You got this! I believe in you!

Regarding today's quote, I sometimes feel sad when I see, day by day, fewer people logging. We started the month with 6 pages worth of motivating posts but now we're down to much fewer. Happily, there are new folks like @ChristianK1974 and @SimonsChange (who both started later in the month) to balance it out.

Spent the day driving out to a business owned by wealthy people who keep farm animals without adequate food and shelter (going down to 25 F tonight). I planned to take some photos, but when I got there was afraid to go up to the fence alone (a tourist place and they are closed for the season). Viewed from the car and later talked to authorities. The rest of the day I enjoyed nature and took two walks.5 -
