I've been having a dreadful time, with myself mostly, kept trying to get back on track and failing miserably. I think I am in a better place now, have been doing some work under strict Covid conditions last week which did me the world of good. I think I should be good to stay the course again for a bit!8 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes - with room to spare. How is it some days are so much easier than others?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
All pass days used so I’m here for the accountability for the rest of the month.5 -

Yes- I’ve been having quite a bit of trouble recently. If I log more than one thing at a time, the tracker only seems to keep the last thing I logged instead of all of it!

Not a good day. I slept until 1pm and my Apple watch wouldn't record my treadmill time so I got irritated and quit after 20 minutes. I had only one meal and bunch of snacks. My snacks are relatively healthy as there is seldom any junk food in my house. Things like tangerines, olives, clif nut butter bar and coconut yogurt. But still that isn't providing enough veggies and it's a bad habit to get into.
I'll try a little harder tomorrow.6 -

Sugar is halved! That was my first mini-goal. Gradually tapered down. Yay!
All the macros/micros improving. Focusing on bringing sodium down a little more next.
Love the opening post, @RangerRickL
