Eric don't give up on what you are trying to do. I believe if you want a change then change! Dont sit waiting on something to happen. Get up and move aROUND. Only you can change you. You can ask God for help to change but he wont do all the work for you. It is all up to you. Stay strong

Honestly I would suggest continue doing what you are doing for excercise maybe do a little more. Also add in some greens like salads, green beans, etc. to that 1200 calorie a day diet. If you dont add some calories a day you wont have th calories to loose when you work out. Id say eat at least 1500 calories a day and…
