I don't own a scale so I weigh myself when I visit the gym or my mom's. Last time I weighed myself was three weeks ago (I think). I find weighing myself causes me to obsess so I opt for taking measurements to gauge my progress.

I say keep going but do a lighter activity like walking and avoid the squats a day or two. The activity will actually help relieve the soreness. Squat soreness is the worst at first but will get better over time. And I agree with above mention of Millionaire Hoy on YouTube. Love his workouts!
