I was just like you when I began running now I'm at 4 miles in 55 minutes. Slow, but I'm getting there. And exactly I just needed some ideas on how to stop binging and eat right. Its all mental I guess.

Yeah I work retail so they are strict! Bringing an apple would work. i do notice they fill you quickly, and are yummy. I do love peanut butter as well so the celery can work too!

Interesting, drink water or tea. I don't think before I eat and that seems to be the problem. It's like I'm hungry and I want it now. Maybe meditation and drinking tea would help..

Lol yeah I do tend to think eating a lot of anything means you gain weight. But definitely going to eat more!

I would like to be able to run a marathon and be towards the front and not dead last. I have always been tired, lazy, or not feeling like moving around. I will motivate myself. But quick…

I do eat eggs and dairy...coconut oil? what would i eat that with? That is my exact problem, I'm hungry so I binge on sugar and carbs after a while. That's what I hate, I eat fruit and stuff and I'm starving. So just cut bread out completely?
