I am 25 and have around 60 lbs to go. I have been overweight since my childhood. But now I have reached a stage in my life where I have no choice but to loose weight. My belief is that staying motivated is very important for weight loss.. so here i am :) looking forward to making some new friends..

I can relate to many of these posts.. sadly i too have had my share of countless experiences like this.. but somehow i don't think these incidents have motivated me to loose weight quicker. More often than not, I get into a depression mode once anything like this happens. Its really sad when people look at you as an object…

Im little late.. But I would love to join in. Have been trying to loose weight since ages. Finally, I'm managing to be on track. CW: 196.8 (As on 1 Feb) GW: 165 Weigh in Dates: 2/2 - 196.8 2/9 - 195.1 2/16 - 2/23 - 3/1 - End of Month (or whatever weigh in days you use) Total weight lost: +/- 0 lbs Can't wait for week 3.. :)

Its really sad how many such experiences each one of us have. Our only mistake being over weight. I too had a broken chair experience. But it was even worse because i was only 16 that time. The chair i was sitting on broke that too in front of all my classmates. they had a laughed heartily. Even the teacher was barely able…

Hi everyone.. I too have a change in my weight stats. Im using a different weighing scale now n it shows me a diff weight. Goal on 4/30 - 87.5 kg On 4/13 - 90.5 Im not posting my last week weight because Im not sure it accurate.. I'll start the challenge from today!

Our food is the major challenge. We have such a huge variety of tasty sweets, snacks and savories which make it hard not to snack!!! Lack of supportive people around is also a major set back.
