Week 1 was good.. I had good days and bad days. After switching to healthy eating, im noticing that cravings have come down a lot. I feel so full after a plate of salad for lunch which was never the case before. However, there were days when emotional eating made me eat lot of junk food too.. I am trying to find a balanceβ¦

@jasneet12β i will do that. mostly i access their videos on youtube. do let me know if u have found any particular workout which u love to do with slight/moderate difficulty. and yes. u surely will be back in the wagon once u are free. Did 12 kms brisk walk between yesterday and today. Did some reps of Suryanamaskar too.β¦

Just saw this post.. Glad to be back in the challenge with u girls ! Since we are already in the end of week one, my plan is to do walking for 5 km on 15 days - around 75 km and fitness blender 5 routines of 30 mins each.

Don't really have much experience with scales. Im using a digital one which i bought on flipkart. btw I'm in for a January challenge if its not too late.. have lost the track completely since past few months :)

I am just back from a long holiday with family. looks like everyone else is caught up in the holiday mood. I need to get back on track quickly. planning to re-strart c25k from tomorrow. will post once done.

Hi everyone! did not get many workouts done this month. Mostly holidays and travelling. Completed Day 1, Week 2 of C25K. Feeling great that i was able to complete the 90 sec running intervals. Total 165 mins so far. I haven't lost any weight since last month or so. Hoping to lose some this week.

@jasneet - yes i have this app - Noom but i generally use it for finding out the average speed. maybe next month i'll try to track distance. First day of the month - completed day 3 week 1 of c25k and did some extra walking. total 50 mins for the day. i'll be travelling to my native (Kerala) tonight. So not sure how theβ¦

I will join in too.. i am not sure if i will be able to keep track of the distance, so i will go by time. My target is to workout for a minimum of 1000 mins in October.. I hope to get out of this 80 something (kg) weight range and get to 79 kg by the end of October. Best wishes to you all.! i hope this month will be betterβ¦

I dont remember if i posted my starting weight. I have lost nearly 2.5 pounds this week.. cw - 186.30 lbs.
