thanks jasneet for suggesting fitness blender. i tried one workout yday evening.. 15 mins and 10 more min walking. and today morning another 60 mins of brisk walk. My minutes to go - 1070!

completed 65 more minutes of walking.. another 20 days and 1155 mins to go.

Great that you have started with a new challenge! My goal for September is 1500 mins. I am keeping it that high in hope that i will push harder. I have a wedding to attend in October, so there is no lack of motivation!

the 3 day independence day weekend is almost here. Travelling to my native. Will surely try to do some 30DS while I am there.

hi ladies.. Thanks to the small nudge Fitmiks! I have not been able to workout as i normally do during the past few days. i blame it on the rains pouring down here in Chennai. my 360 mins a week seems too unrealistic now. Today did 65 min of walking . total 425 mins so far.

Im in for exercise minutes.. My present goal is achieve 360 minutes of exercise per week.. Some accountability here will be great!

@jasneet – I know what you mean. For a change today I tried out a kick boxing routine by fitness blender. It took me lot of time to get the movements correct! It was fun anyway. I am doing the 30DS too.

@jasneet- it has happened with me too. When I am eating out in a place life kfc or subway I checkup which food is better. but my cravings do sometime take over my common sense. Maybe pre-logging my meals would be a good idea. I will surely try that.! The abs challenge I referred to is here –…

after a week long of indulging food, no exercise and gaining back 1 kg, yesterday i started working out again. Started at day 1 of 30DS. today i managed to get in some brisk walking along with 30DS. I hope that these kind of breaks will not come up again.. both of u are doing great sticking with your challenges :) @fitmiks…

Did my 2nd day of 30DS yday.. it feels really great after completing every session. i hope i can stick with it.. today being sunday is a rest day. I managed to do some walking though . wish u both a very happy sunday! :)
