I also have similar stats. 5' 1" CW 135lbs looking to be 110-115lbs. Last year I lost 30 lbs and proceeded to gain 10lbs back.

I'm 20 and 5'1" and started out at 135 I do not eat back the calories I burn doing insanity but if I also go on a run on the same day I will. Earlier this year I lost 20lbs and the only thing I was doing differently was not working out as much and not drinking as much water.
