The way I started was replacing just one meal. I started with having a healthier breakfast than mountain dew and donuts. I am still new so my food is far from perfect but that was my starting point.

mine is the same first thing in the morning as right before bed. I thought that was kinda weird...

I did Week 1 day 1 tonight. I did better than I thought. I went 4.2 for jogging but may up that and 3.2 for walking. The front of my lower legs hurt though so any suggestions on good shoes? I just have basic tennis shoes.

I am excited! But scared too. I have been walking briskly at 3.5 for 30 minutes so I really had no idea how I should walk then jog. Once before I hurt my ankles by trying to jog so I'll take it slow this time.

I could try and join you. I can only jog for under 2 minutes haha! So, I need to work up to it. I do have a 5K scheduled for April.

Haha, I can totally relate. My mom made these fantastic brownies and I ate 3 of them yesterday. Man they were good. All we can do is go forward from here and forget the words brownie and carrot cake.
