well some people may look at 80 lbs as to big of a at first and want to complete smaller goals and then see hoe they feel at that weight and determine further goals from there. IF you feel like you can complete your goal then just keep pressing forward and do your best.

lol on the rock. haha. um CLA effects some people differently. i have heard people i consider reliable swear by and and other that i also think are reliable say it's a waste. So it really depends on if you want to spend the money to try it.

loosing weight is all good and cardio will do that but i would rather have a better body composition and not be at my goal weight then be at my goal weight and have no lean body mass.

well if your trying to focus on building muscle i would say take your tdee and add 150-200 calories per day. probably right at 175. also make sure your protein intake is high enough. many people say 1.5-2 grams per pounds of lbm. but 1.25 gram/per pound lbm will be plenty. Also make sure your doing a proper training…

you could invest is some lactase pills. these pills will help may not cure the problem totally but it will deff. help because they contain the enzyme that breaks down lactose.

5'11, 237, looking to loose more. though, used to be a pretty active runner when i weighed 175 but a torn hamstring and recon. surgery with a year of recovery later i gained 60 pounds!. guess getting used to eating almost 4000 calories a day because i ran 6-8 miles a day was a bad idea. lol

i take some 1/2 cup cooked brown rice. 3 oz black beans, 5oz chicken breast baked with smokey mesquite seasoning and add some sort of hearty salsa with some spice. yummmmmm

i would say anywhere from 100-200ish above your tdee is fine. just like said above monitor.

also the slower you loose weight, the more time your skin has to adjust. if you loose weight to quickly then theirs a higher chance of loose skin.

guys can eat more for one big reason, they have more lean body mass and that increases the need for caloric consumption. if you increase your calories add strength training and add some muscle slowly with a clean bulk, i recommend 200-250 over your tdee. you will not only improve your body composition but by adding muscle…

if your diet is in check you will loose weight. the key in "toning up" is actually loosing bodyfat. so if your goal is to loose weight and tone up p90x is good. it's actually great for women because it gets them lifting which many woman overlook. just keep the protein in your diet up and you will have no problem loosing…

i really only use whey to hit the macros i want to hit. you could use a mix a whey and casein as a meal replacement if you want something semi sweet. i sometime do this. i use 1/2 scoop chocolate casein and 1.5 scoops cookies and cream protein and 4oz skim milk 4 oz water. it's like 250 cals and gets me 45grams of…

The issue with only using a HRM is that they are designed specifically to track calories and such during periods of workouts. if its something your going to wear all day bodybugg and bodymediafit will be more accurate. I hate the debate myself from not wanting to pay a sub. but after much research and testing between the…

it's easier to diet when your protein is higher. you feel fuller and helps you maintain lean body mass which you don;t want to loose.
-
you should take 750-1000 calories from your TDEE. and if that's below 1300ish i would still eat around 1300ish.
-
no bodybugg and bodymediafit are legit. i have found bodymediafit to be a little better and they have way better customer service. but bodybugg is still good and effective.

i have have knee issues, strongly recommend stationary cycling and swimming.

just remember that the disappointment or difficulty you face working out and eating right is not as bad as the disappointment from having to look at yourself unhappy.
