lindalee0315, those are the exact two heart rate monitors I've been trying to decide between. If you could only have one which would you pick? I'm mostly in the gym now but consider myself a runner - I just haven't had the opportunity with childcare lately. Does the Garmin 410 work indoors to measure heart rate?
