I agree you need to EAT breakfast...I like having oatmeal (not instant), you can pre make it & add berries & cinnamon. It'll stick with you and keep you feeling satisfied until your next meal. GOOD LUCK

I'm running a half marathon in April too. Consider the weather…not too much! Do you suffer from shin splints? I have recently gotten them & do not like them! I'm icing as we speak…:(

muscle burns fat…you can do lunges, squats, wall sits, leg lifts for the lower body push ups, planks, bicep curls, tri cep kick backs for upper body but with your weights you can increase when it's not challenging anymore in weight or reps just to name a few

muscle helps burn fat, u can do it. I'm trying running too so I can slim down….I just need to increase my mileage

I have selected a few that I've had for over a year...they are awesome...I keep it minimal

I had a scale obsession too with the #, now I have learned that it's about how I feel & how my clothes fit...NOT the #! Now I am past that since I can hardly stand the disappointment. Now I weigh twice a month...so far it has worked...

I am 5'10, I started at 188 size 12 XL top and currently weigh 166, size 8 M top

that is WONDERFUL!! I never reached the GW # I set, but I look & feel SO MUCH better!!! Maintaining is the challenge for me now! GOOD LUCK...
