I always eat from 1200-1500 calories a day max.

I've tried to take a few days off to let my muscles relax but it dosent seem to help.

I eat only non processed foods, I'm 5'7 with a 36 Bust,33.5 Waist and 39 inch Hips. I drink alot of water per day, always at least 8 glasses. I feel like i'm running out of options. I lost 35 pounds with out doing anything now I want to loose the rest and I can't budge.
