I had my third child at 41. It is tough, not having as much energy as when younger. Exercising and eating well is probably your best bet at keeping up with your young one. That is one of my goals of losing weight, to keep up with my kids, and be around for them while they are growing up. Good Luck!!

I just joined this site, courtesy of my son's request. In June I weighed 238 lbs. Now I weigh 257 lbs. YIKES! I would love to lose that nasty 20 lbs quickly. Would be a great way to start this journey, and what better Christmas gift could I give myself? SW 257 GW 237
