the straps on my cami's are getting too lose, even tightened all the way! Collarbones are becoming more prominent and i stared at my face for seriously 10 minutes today because it looked like someone had contoured my cheek/jawbone area (which i dont do, ever). Super happy to feel like i'm thinning out finally!

Collarbones are becoming more prominent :D My hip fat/lovehandles/muffin top/saddlebag, whatever you wanna call it area is slowly but surely shrinking. If only I could get my inner thighs to follow suit.

There are 7 people in my house. And they definitely do not all eat healthy. You know what we do? We compromise on dinners and my roommate and I often buy our own "healthy" foods for snacks. that site DOES have pretty tasty sounding meal ideas for the 4 "off days" of the diet though. That aren't ridiculous foods and are actually all healthy if I remember. Only thing Id recommend checking out there.

i did it as an experiment. went okay but i definitely dont recommend it as an actual "diet". I was more interested for my own curiosity than actual results because like you said 10 lbs in 3 days is super unrealistic. I think they may have meant they arent gonna try this or any more fad diets. Well I certainly hope so anyway. Establish a network of friends here. Even if they aren't super close friends I find that it helps greatly to see others doing so well and cheering you on. Eat real foods, just watch your portions.

I'm letting you know it works, but its not something I'd recommend.
